If you are logging into Outreach Grid for the first time, you will first need to setup your password. The following tutorial will walk you through the process of changing your password for the first time. Should you forget your password, these instructions will also help you reset your password to regain access to your account.
Begin by navigating to the homepage of your Outreach Grid platform, e.g. location.outreachgrid.com. You will arrive at a page that looks like the following:
You will find a button labelled "Log In" in the upper right hand corner. Upon clicking this button, you will then be navigated to the sign in page. This page features three sections, one for each usertype: Users, Contributors, and Applicants. Select the login button for your appropriate usertype. If you are unsure of your usertype, contact the Outreach Grid administrator for your agency or agency group.
You will then be navigated to your login page. On the page, find the link labelled "Forgot your password?". Upon clicking, you will be sent to a page to request a password reset. On this page, enter the email address assigned to you by your agency. This email address will serve as your login credentials for the Outreach Grid platform. If you are unsure of what email address your account is under, contact the Outreach Grid administrator for your agency or agency group.
After entering your email address, and clicking the blue submit button, you should receive an email similar to the following:
Clicking the "Change my password" link in the email will take you to a webpage where you can change your password. You'll be asked to enter your new password twice.
You will have successfully changed password if after clicking the blue "Change my password" button you are navigated to the Outreach Grid dashboard.
