Outreach Grid features a customizable notification system. When camps or clients are created, action items updated, or alerts are put out in the system, you may receive a series of notifications. To manage these notifications, find the "Notifications" tab on the Navigation Bar.
You'll be taken to the Notifications page. The notifications are listed by those that are unread, and those that you have archived. In the upper right corner, there is a link to mark all notifications as read, as well as a link to access the settings for notifications.
The settings page lists all the notification types available on your platform. You may choose to receive notifications within the platform and by email, to receive them solely within the platform, or to opt out of receiving the notification.
The toggle switch will be highlighted green to indicate that the notification is turned on. To turn off the notification, click the toggle switch until the button moves to the left and the bar turns grey.
